Front Forks
Well its been awhile since my last post, had to get through Christmas. I finally took the forks off of the bike today and cleaned them up to get ready to take them apart and install the new fork seals, which are on order. I cant decide if I should buy a fork seal driver tool or not, last time I made my own out of pvc pipe and it worked out ok, but it would be nice to have the right tool for the job. But I dont really want to spend $ 45 on a tool that I'll only use once a year, if that. Anyway I'll post some pics when I start to disassemble the forks. So until then... Happy Holidays

Carburetor pics
Just a few pics of the carb. I spent alot of time cleaning it, inside and out. Gonna keep it in a zip-lock baggie for the winter. I might get a jet kit next spring and try some different jetting, I need to study up on that and try to find out wat the best setting is for this bike. Well thats all 4 now

1st post
Hello Im starting a new blog for the first time, yes Im a newby, so who knows how it will go . This blog is primarily going to be about my 2002 cr 125. Im rebuilding it this winter, or at least rebuilding the top-end of the motor. And also going to try and get new handlebars, a new front tire, new graphics, a new pro-circuit silencer, and maybe new ASV levers. Oh yeah it also needs new fork seal, which I'm gonna put in myself. And while I've got it all apart, I'm gonna grease the rear linkage bearings and the steering stem bearings and wheel bearings, and anything else that needs attention.
It seems like alot of work but I've got all winter, so hopefully it will all get done and everything will go smoothly...hopefully!!!
I decided to clean the bike today, it was warm enough to get the pressure washer out and give the bike a good cleaning. I took the subframe and air-box off and put it aside for now. I also took the carb off and took it all apart and spent about 2 hours cleaning it. Then I put it in a zip-lock baggy, to keep it clean.
Here's some pics of me riding.
Well thats all for now... C Ya
